Once you log into your account, please edit your Profile and enter your Love Collar Registration ID as you received in your product package. If you are unsure of this ID and need support, please reach out at support@mylovecollar.com.
Download the MyPetSpace App from Google Play or the App Store.
Follow the Create a Profile-Pet instructions above and enter the Registration ID
